PatchWork Labs started with a simple observation: most small businesses don't need a giant agency or a full-time IT department — they need someone who can build the thing, fix the thing, and keep the thing running, without six different vendors pointing fingers at each other.
The name comes from how the work actually happens. Software is rarely built clean from scratch and left alone — it's patched, upgraded, stitched together, and kept running while the business around it keeps moving. That's the work we specialize in: meeting systems where they are and making them better, one patch at a time.
Behind PatchWork Labs is 15+ years of hands-on IT support, infrastructure, and DevOps experience — managing networks and servers, migrating systems to AWS and Azure, automating routine work with PowerShell and Ansible — paired with full stack web development in PHP, Laravel, Livewire, JavaScript, and CSS. That mix means we're equally comfortable writing the code, configuring the server it runs on, and explaining all of it in plain English.
